Christina Nordstjärna guider oss gjennom pusteteknikker, mindfulness og avspenning til deilig musikk. Dørene åpner kl. 17.00 til skift og mingling, arrangementsstart kl. 18.00. Vi anbefaler å kle dere i badetøy eller lette og ledige klær ettersom det vil være ca. 60 grader i badstuen under sesjonen. Sesjonen kan avholdes på både engelsk og norsk.
Breathwork and relaxation into a feeling of aliveness and inner strength! Do you ever struggle with letting go of stress and worry? This evening we'll focus on the awareness of the inner freedom and well-being. Together we'll create a warm feeling of relaxation and peace.
The sauna will be open until 10pm
We start with a light but powerful breathing technique and will end with a guided meditation/relaxation combined with music to soften the body and mind into a sense of playfulness and ease. You will learn a practical tool you can use in your everyday life, to reduce stress and feel more relaxed.
Has worked with breath and relaxation for 20 years. Rn Nurse, acupuncturist, breath-worker, yoga and mindfulness instructor, hypnotherapist. Lived with Masters in India during 10 years. Studying the effect breathwork has on the body since 2012.
